Welcome to Prepared’s blog. I have regularly been posting on a number of of websites including the Guardian’s Comment is Free. The positive reception to my posts lead me into starting this blog.

I am anti-war and of the opinion that the current situation in the Middle-East is the result of a gulf of misunderstanding separating the respective mainstream public in the West and the Middle-East.

This can be bridged if our governments’ policies are scrutinised and people communicate via the Internet. In fact, I am a great believer in the internet and its power to provide a mediating forum.
